FULL-SERVICE DESIGN PHASES

Our primary focus is delivering interior projects, which includes space planning, consultation, renderings, detailing, and executing design for new builds, renovations, and additions.

  • Whether on the phone or in person, is about establishing relationships, project expectations, contractors, timeline, and budget. (Consult Fee may be requested without Proposal)

  • Includes our scope of work, the estimate required to design your space, and our request for a retainer.

  • Our designers will come over to collect all the details for the project to build a digital model of your space. Schematics require studio design time that varies per project.

  • With concepts established through client meetings and our professional background, our team proposes initial or revised designs and discussions into development documents.

  • Once you are happy with the concepts, we will gather material estimates and start courting contractor labor and base materials bids for your approval. Our team keeps you in the loop to stay on track through this process.

  • Our team purchases finished materials as required for the contractor to help build out your space. We understand this process and will patiently work with you, your design, and the contractor until the end. 

  • Our team then adds the final touches to your space, making it picture-perfect so that you can live in the space and we can photograph your project.

  • Most of our design is for custom millwork, countertop, lighting, plumbing, tile, glass, hardware, textile, wallcovering, and furniture design for kitchens, baths, and living spaces.

  • We help our clients select and purchase from our vendor relationships with the designed fixtures, interior finishes, window treatments, accessories, and staging spaces for occupancy.

  • Our experience allows us to confidently handle interior detailing in construction, job material coordination, documentation for design implementation, and project management through completion,

  • The final days ahead of project completion are the ideal time for adding finishing touches to bring the designs to life. We ensure by being present on-site to help add the final details.
